<p>This unit provides students with visual arts skills development drawing on the exploration of two and multi dimensional art production undertaken in first year. Through workshop studio activities, students will focus on developing a personal aesthetic, and their appreciation and awareness of a range of artistic methodologies. Students will advance their understanding of professional arts practice through developing their critical and evaluative skills. Students in this unit will become conversant with critiquing and challenging contemporary art theory and practice.</p>
